Repair Request

  • We specialize in repairing servo drives, power supplies, HMI panels, transfer switches, PLC's etc.
  • Let us know if you want us to evaluate your defective electronic parts.
  • Baseline repair cost starts at $400 USD (unless dealing with volume) and goes up from there depending on the part. (Typically we are 50% of Radwell.com repair pricing) 
  • We charge a $75 bench fee if we find that it is beyond economical repair.
  • List the problems you are experiencing in an email to (info@palmettoautomation.com) and on a note in the box to us.
  • Send your defective part to our shop at 1638 Duncan Reidville Rd. Duncan, SC 29334. 
  • Our usual repair timing is 2-3 weeks or we can provide rush fees for fast turn arounds.
