Nameplate in good condition, clear text. Top terminal block shows OUTPUT 5-24VDC TB 24V FU with 8 numbered terminals (0-7) on two sides (A and B). Red accent strip separates terminal area from body. Side panel shows current rating 0.2mA-0.5A and wiring diagram for CA and CB terminal blocks. Barcode label 9007 on side panel. Module has gray/green housing with ventilation slots. UL listed for industrial control equipment. Made in Japan marking clearly visible.
